오아시스-2 지식재산권 소양 기초교육

운영 대상: 국내에서 기술창업을 하고자 하는 외국인 (예비) 창업자 중 OASIS-1 기 수료자

운영 목적: 지식재산권 취득(출원)에 필요한 심화과목 및 국내 체류에 필요한 심화소양 등 교육

비자 점수: 10점

OASIS-2 Advanced Education on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Target Participants: Foreign (prospective) entrepreneurs in Korea who have completed the OASIS-1 program.

Program Objective: To provide advanced education required for filing intellectual property rights and for acquiring essential knowledge to reside in Korea.

Visa Points: 10 points

This training is only available for those who have completed the Oasis -1 program.

※ Each session runs for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break.

※ Completion is recognized with at least 80% attendance.

※ Tardiness and early departures are checked in 30-minute units and deducted from participation time.

※ The schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances.

※ Applicants are required to complete a phone interview prior to application confirmation.

※ The program will be opened if there are at least 15 applicants.

※ Participants who fail to complete the course due to absence, withdrawal, or expulsion will be restricted from all programs for 6 months after the end date. Exceptions apply with proof of unavoidable reasons (e.g., illness or accident).
