□ 수집·이용 목적 / Purpose of Collection and Use

○ 「2026 인바운드(In-Bound) 창업지원 사업(전북글로벌창업이민센터)」과 관련하여 운영·관리를 목적으로 합니다.

The collected personal information will be used for the operation and management of 「2026 In-Bound Startup Support Project(Jeonbuk Global Startup Immigration Center)」.

□ 수집·이용할 항목 / Items to be Collected and Used

○ 필수항목 : 개인식별정보(성명, 여권번호, 생년월일, 연락처, e-mail 등)

Required Information: Personal Information (Full Name, Passport Number, Date of Birth, Contact Number, E-mail Address etc.)

○ 고유식별정보 : 여권번호 (Passport Number)

Unique Identification Information: Passport Number

□ 보유·이용기간 / Retention and Use Period

○ 위 개인정보는 수집·이용에 관한 동의일로부터 보유목적 달성 시 또는 정보주체가 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.

Personal information will be retained until the purpose of collection is fulfilled and then destroyed.

○ 단, 사업 종료일 후에는 향후 정부지원사업 신청 시의 이력관리만을 위하여 보유·이용되며 기간은 3년입니다.(공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령)

However, after the completion of the project, the information will be retained and used only for record management purposes for future applications to government support programs, and the retention period is three (3) years. (Enforcement Decree of the Public Records Management Act)

□ 동의를 거부할 권리 및 동의를 거부할 경우의 불이익
Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal

○ 위 개인정보 중 필수항목의 수집·이용에 관한 동의는 본사업의 수행을 위해 필수적이므로 이에 동의하셔야 이후 절차를 진행할 수 있습니다. 다만 동의하지 않으시는 경우 본 지원사업에 신청이 불가합니다.

Consent to the collection and use of the mandatory personal information listed above is essential for the implementation of this project. If you do not agree, you will not be eligible to apply for this support program.

○ 사업 전담기관 Program Operating Organization:
전북창조경제혁신센터 The Jeonbuk Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (JBCCEI)

○ 타 정부기관 및 지방자치단체, 공공기관
Other government agencies, local governments, and public institutions

○ 신용정보조회기관 Credit Information Company

□ 제공받는 자의 이용 목적 / Purpose of Use by the Recipient(s)

○ 「2026 인바운드(In-Bound) 창업지원 사업(전북글로벌창업이민센터)」 관련 평가, 만족도 조사, 정책자료 활용 등

Evaluation, satisfaction surveys, policy research, and other activities related to the 「2026 In-Bound Startup Support Project(Jeonbuk Global Startup Immigration Center)」

○ 신용도 판단(신용 조회에 따른 기업 또는 기관, 대표자의 신용평가등급의 영향 없음)

Credit Assessment (The credit inquiry will not affect the credit rating of the company, organization, or representative)

□ 제공할 개인정보의 항목 / Items of Personal Information to Be Provided

○ 수집·이용에 동의한 정보 중 위탁업무 목적달성을 위해 필요한 정보에 한함 (고유식별정보: 여권번호 포함)

Limited to the information for which consent has been given for collection and use, and which is necessary to achieve the purpose of the entrusted tasks (including Unique Identification Information: Passport Number)

□ 제공받은 자의 개인정보 보유·이용 기간
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information by the Recipient(s)

○ 위 개인정보는 제공된 날부터 3년간 보유·이용되며 보유목적 달성 시 또는 정보주체가 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.

The above personal information will be retained and used for three (3) years from the date it is provided, and will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of retention has been achieved or upon the data subject’s request for deletion of personal information.

□ 동의를 거부할 권리 및 동의를 거부할 경우의 불이익
Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal

○ 위 개인정보의 제공 동의를 거부할 권리가 있으며, 동의를 거부 시 본 지원사업에 신청이 불가합니다.

You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of the above personal information, and if you refuse to provide consent, you will not be able to apply for this support program.
