Consent to Receive Marketing Information

전북글로벌창업이민센터(전북창조경제혁신센터)는 교육·OASIS·컨설팅 등 서비스 안내 및 마케팅 정보를 카카오톡 알림톡·이메일로 제공하기 위하여, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 아래와 같이 동의를 받고자 합니다.

Jeonbuk Global Startup Immigration Center (JBCCEI) requests your consent to send service notices and marketing information related to education, OASIS, and consulting via KakaoTalk Alimtalk and e-mail, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

1. 수신 목적
Purpose of Receiving Information

○ 교육 프로그램 모집·일정·변경 안내

Education program recruitment, schedule, and change notices

○ OASIS 관련 안내 (신청·접수·결과·이수 등)

OASIS-related notices (application, receipt, results, completion, etc.)

○ 컨설팅(CONSULTING) 관련 안내 (신청·배정·일정·결과 등)

Consulting-related notices (application, assignment, schedule, results, etc.)

○ 센터 행사·지원사업·유용한 정보 및 마케팅 안내

Center events, support programs, useful information, and marketing notices

2. 수신 채널
Delivery Channels

○ 카카오톡 알림톡 (KakaoTalk Alimtalk) — 회원가입 시 등록한 휴대전화 번호 기준

Based on the mobile number registered at sign-up

○ 이메일 (E-mail) — 회원가입 시 등록한 e-mail 주소 기준

Based on the e-mail address registered at sign-up

3. 수집·이용 항목
Items Collected and Used

○ 성명, 휴대전화 번호, 이메일 주소

Full name, mobile phone number, e-mail address

4. 보유·이용 기간
Retention and Use Period

○ 동의일로부터 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 수신 동의 철회 시까지

From the date of consent until membership withdrawal or withdrawal of this consent

5. 동의 거부 권리 및 불이익
Right to Refuse and Consequences

○ 마케팅 정보 수신 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다.

You have the right to refuse consent to receive marketing information.

○ 동의를 거부하셔도 회원가입 및 지원사업·교육·OASIS·컨설팅 신청에는 제한이 없습니다.

Refusal does not restrict sign-up or applications for support programs, education, OASIS, or consulting.

○ 다만, 동의를 하지 않으시면 카카오톡 알림톡·이메일을 통한 교육·OASIS·컨설팅·행사 등 안내를 받지 못할 수 있습니다.

However, without consent, you may not receive notices about education, OASIS, consulting, or events via KakaoTalk Alimtalk or e-mail.

6. 동의 철회 방법
How to Withdraw Consent

○ 마이페이지 설정 또는 센터 문의(전화·이메일)를 통해 언제든지 수신 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

You may withdraw this consent at any time via My Page settings or by contacting the Center (phone/e-mail).

○ 알림톡·이메일 내 수신거부 안내가 있는 경우 해당 방법으로도 철회할 수 있습니다.

If an opt-out link or instruction is included in the Alimtalk/e-mail, you may also withdraw through that method.
